Want to redeem a Sponsored Ride? Heres how:
1. Make sure your trip will be in the current Trip Zone. (confirm that HERE)

2. After you confirm you are in the trip zone, log into your Helpa LV account (create one if you haven't already). Once you login and see your dashboard, hit the "Ask Helpa LV Staff" button on your side menu.

3. Send message of this sort: 'I would like to redeem a sponsored ride for a trip this week. If available, send me a sponsored ride code please'.

4. You will receive the code via that same Helpa LV message box. So keep watch of it and/or your email.

5. Once you received the code, go back to your dashboard to the main page where your service request buttons are. Hit the appropriate transport service you are needing and fill in the info for the request. The sponsor code field will be on that page.

6. Enter that code and check out as normal. 

​

7. Wait for confirmation that the ride has been approved and Voila! Your on your way.
